You should get real bikes...it's a thrill when you are providing the power that makes you go 30 mph. I topped out at 37 on my ride this morning...of course real bikes means wearing spandex and real bikers shave their legs, so it's understandable if fossil fuel propelled vehicles are more appealing...

Yeah, but technically speaking these bikes are electric so no direct pollution from them (though still not a good impact on the environment).
I agree about using "real" bikes instead of motorized travel. There is a kid in our neighborhood who rides around on a motorized scooter and guess what: he's the only kid in our neighborhood who is overweight. Go figure!
